Summer 2008 is Here!

The summer season is here! The Kentucky Horse Park is alive with horse shows, visitors, events, and preparations for the future.
The KHP Foundation has lofty goals for the next year and I hope you will consider joining the Man o’ War Society to help us enhance and expand the Kentucky Horse Park.
Thanks to the generosity of donors like you we have recently provided the Kentucky Horse Park with demographic research, new horses, land surveys, and maintenance equipment.
With the announcement on April 24, 2008 about the major shows beginning September 2009, I see the urgency of one project in particular.
The KHP Foundation is working to complete the barn project in two phases, which will include building 4 new barns at the new indoor arena and renovating all the existing barns. Your contribution can help the park prepare to welcome the world to the new facilities.
Although the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games 2010™ is an integral part of the growth of the Kentucky Horse Park, the KHP Foundation understands there will be important events in the years before and for many years after.
This summer is a season of change and I hope you will join me to help maintain the tradition of excellence at the Kentucky Horse Park.
